This 7th floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath renovated END UNIT condo has a bonus enclosed porch, windows across the front, plus a lanai where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and here the sound of the surf from anywhere in the unit. The Master bedroom has a king bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and ensuite bath, The upscale Naples Continental Club is currently being renovated to include professionally decorated lobby and first floor common areas, pool, fire pits and courtyard area. Work will be completed in late 2024. No where else can you take 10 steps from the pool deck and dive into the Gulf! The Club also includes a large heated pool, gas BBQ grills, fire pits, shuffle board, fitness room, library, social/game room, and 2 shared laundry facilities on each floor. Each condo is assigned one parking spot and guest parking is also available.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This beachfront building is located ½ mile from dining and shopping at Venetian Village, 4 miles from downtown Naples’ famous 5th avenue shopping and dining district and Mercato and Waterside shopping and restaurants are also nearby.
Homeowners Association Application required with $100 non-refundable fee (21-day approval process). Lease agreement must also be signed prior to VRBO approval (required by HOA).
