Horrible

I would love to tell you that this place awesome but I wouldn’t know. While trying to check in, my reservation was canceled by the host after check in time. They literally canceled us while we were standing at the front door. I can’t believe that VRBO actually allows them to do that. I will be checking the legality of this.

Ghosted by Host

Paid over 30 days in advance but host was totally unresponsive. VRBO made us go to house on the day and the time of check in to qualify for a refund. No contact, no host, no response no way to enter property. We had to scramble to find alternative lodging.

DO NOT RENT

This host completely ghosted me and my family. I was never sent a code to get into the house. We flew from Colorado to Florida and literally had no place to stay. Home owner never returned my calls or emails regarding an entry code. When we got to the house it was locked of course and the pool had green algae all over the bottom of it. VRBO was great at helping me book another place and have said they will refund our money, however we are still waiting on that. Hopefully this property will be taken off the site. Such a mess to have to deal with this while on vacation.
