The Cocoonr agency offers you, opposite the Cité des Congrès, the Phénix, the ideal apartment for your stay in Nantes. Our apartment is eligible for a mobility lease for your business or training trip. It can comfortably accommodate four travelers.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

With a surface area of 41m2, carefully renovated and well-equipped, Le Phénix offers a warm and cozy decor! You'll feel right at home. The apartment comes with a parking space, a must in Nantes if you're coming by car (secure space with electric gate).

South-facing, on the 4th floor (with elevator), the apartment is very bright in all seasons. The entrance hall leads to the following rooms:
-the modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many kitchen utensils.) A glass roof opens onto the living room.
the living room with a convertible sofa (140X200), flat-screen TV and Internet connection.
-The bathroom, pleasant and functional, combines modernity and antiquity with its attractive cement tiles and retro earthenware (shower with large basin). For your convenience, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the apartment.
-A very pleasant bedroom with quality bedding (160X200).
-Separate WC.
For your comfort, Le Phénix is equipped with double-glazed windows and electric shutters.

Le Phénix is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.

Other remarks:
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made up on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar bags.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Neighborhood and transportation
You'll love the location of this apartment, right in the heart of a dynamic neighborhood. You'll be seduced by its proximity to the hyper-center, just a 15-minute walk away, and the Cité des Congrès, just 5 minutes away. For more nature and serenity, we suggest a stroll along the Loire or the Canal St Félix. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the famous Lieu Unique, a cultural center turned national stage, housed in the former premises of the LU cookie factory. The famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne is less than a 10-minute walk away, and the train station is just a 10-minute walk away. If you prefer public transport, the busway is just 5 minutes away, as are tramway lines 2 and 3 (Hotel Dieu and Aimé Delrue stops). The C5 bus (Lieu Unique stop) is 2 minutes away and takes you directly to the station. From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
All amenities are nearby: bakery, hairdresser, gym, grocery store and many trendy restaurants. Le Phénix is located in a district that is becoming increasingly popular with the people of Nantes!
