Cozy Park House

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, beautifully redone, neighborhood home with 2 parks for the kids close by! Bbq in the large backyard while enjoying the sunsets. Let the kids and dogs run free in the fully fenced yard.
Close to stores, restaurants, downtown Nampa, and the colleges.
Drive a short distance to fish at Wilson’s ponds or Lake Lowell and check out the wildlife at the Deer Flat preserve.
Make yourself at home with a stocked kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, and ping pong table.
Enjoy some privacy in the separate master bedroom with its own bathroom upstairs, while the kids enjoy the rooms downstairs. One room has a full bed and the other room has a twin over full bunk bed. Have extra guests? Both sofas make out into beds, as well! One full and one xl twin.

Would stay here again!
The home was comfortable, very clean, in a nice neighborhood, and on a quiet street. I appreciated being able to rent a dog friendly accommodation with a 6ft privacy fence secured backyard. I would rent here again if I needed a place to stay in the area.

Great location and very clean!
We came into town to visit family and attend a wedding, and we needed a place locally to stay. We found this home and it was perfect! There were enough beds for the whole family, the house was clean, and it was in a great location! There is also a huge park within walking distance for little kids. There were two random cats that liked to hang around outside, and although they were super friendly, those that are allergic need to be aware of that - none of us were allergic though and enjoyed their company! :)
