I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. "This is a beautiful resort hotel. Good for leisure but not so much for business as the rooms are too far from the main lobby and the reception/breakfast area. The rooms are spread across acres of land close to the lake. "
