"All the staffs were amazing! The hotel is beautiful, elevators spacious and rooms are really sound proof. Special thanks to all the team that made our stay very enjoyable and to the GM (Masaki K.). Please keep up the excellent job you are doing. The hotel has free shuttles to the Shin Urayasu train station and shopping Centre. Also, there are free bus rides to strategic locations in Tokyo, like the train station, Tokyo Tree etc. This property is very well maintained and the reception is very spacious. Many staff here speak fluent English thereby making communication very easy. All the staff went over and above. I would certainly be staying here when next I am in Tokyo Bay."

"Easy access to convenience store, Lawson, which was a 2 min. walk from front door. Also, free shuttle service made getting to subway and Disney very easy. Staff were very kind and friendly and provided instructions in English. This hotel did not have a service to forward luggage to our next hotel. However, the convenience store did, which we were able to easily make use of after speaking to the staff. "

"Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10). Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson. "
