"This was my second stay at the Tenza. Everything went well and no complaints at all. I’ve got to know more about the area near by and found a nice coffee shop. I went there twice because the coffee at the hotel was a bit sour for me and wanted to have a better taste for my day to start. Breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices for everyone. Onsen and sauna as well as massage chairs were great bonuses to have after walking/working to relax your body and mind. Both massage chairs were not functioning well but, I am sure they will eventually replace them for their customer satisfaction. "

"Great hotel all around (especially considering the low cost). Started with an A+ check in with a friendly & helpful staff member. Large, clean room with in-room washer/dryer. Breakfast buffet quality & taste were excellent (coffee too)."

"Nice hotel in a great location, very close to Sapporo Station. The room was comfortable and a good size, with solid Wi-Fi included. One note, they do not clean the room every day, only when you request it. Otherwise, they only take out the trash and change the towels. They do note this in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful! "
