Property was in a great location, the teens loved having the pool and hot tub during their downtime and wished they had the chance to use the game room above the garage. Kitchen was nicely updated, bathrooms could use some updates. Beautiful house with a lot of space to spread out.

Location was great.
Our overall stay was good. Unfortunately there were issues with hot tub and pool. I contacted Jordan and she said it was due to the recent weather. She did her best to get it taken care of but being a holiday they did not come till the day before we were leaving.

Spacious, well equipped luxury home in great location. Walking distance to one of the best resturaunts in Myrtle Beach (Flamingo Grill). Great place for family or groups. Will rent again if back in this area. Gift basket with candy, wine and balls for my dog was a classy touch!

Perfect for family with teens and groups
This is a great home for a family or large group because it has lots of space and place to hangout. Our kids are teens and they loved the game room that had a HUGE TV, pool table, arcade games and lots of seating. It was great that it was separate from the main house because it gave my kids their own space. The pool and deck was also great...we would have liked a basketball hoop. ;) There were lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a great kitchen + dining room combo. The bathrooms could use an update, but not a deal breaker. The owner was very easy to talk with and responsive to questions. They greeted us with a bottle of wine and small food gift basket. They made our stay feel very homey. The location on VRBO made it seem right off Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, but it wasn't. It was about 3-5 miles north, which ended up being a better location. I had originally thought it would be great to be on the boardwalk, so my kids could walk to activitites. But the location of the home was perfect and because it was 2 blocks to the beach and lots to do at the house, my kids never felt restricted. I'd recommend this home to families with older kids and large groups.
