Family Getaway

Communication with host with terrible. Had to message numerous times to obtain check in information. Then was given wrong check in information which took over an hour to straighten out. Room was not professionally cleaned or not cleaned well. Things were left behind from previous tenant. Urine stains on toilet. Counters had not been wiped down. Floors were so dirty. Location of the property was great but that was the only benefit. Would not recommend or stay here again.
