As part of your reservation, you’ll enjoy access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be completed on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub free of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grand) is located across the street

The property stated no smoking people smoking left and right this needs to be reinforce. On our checkin day we had two people that helped us they were Jamaicans didn't get the names but they were very helpful. Overall its Decent for what we wanted to do.

I’ve had better rooms at the red roof Inn!!

The tub was busted in the bathroom. There was no hot water. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken The hallway was incredibly loud. The side door that was supposed to be locked wasn’t. And your security guard and their walkie-talkies made me feel like I was in prison. There’s no need for them to have their walkie-talkies turned all the way up the place was miserable,I can’t believe you get away with this.

We loved access to the beach and the amenities. The main complaint was room proximity to a hallway with an outside door next to our room being accessed all times of the night causing the door to slam shut each time. There was a noisy vending machine just across the hall that was also accessed all times of the night. Obviously sleep was interrupted. There was no way to know this before booking that particular unit. Otherwise the room was ok.

The space is just okay. Housekeeping could do more to improve cleanliness. The first floor is convenient to save time but you will hear everything (exterior door, pool area, elevator, and loud drunk people).

The hotel was decent, It was in a excellent location and the beds were comfy. It was a little dusty and they could have swept. I found a pile of dust and hair in the closet. The walls are thin and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway and people coming in and out of the doors. Everytime someone came in the door that leads to outside which our room was right next too, it was soo loud. They say the property is no smoking but employees were constantly outside the door next to our room smoking, when we would leave our room we smelled nothing but cigarettes. Other than that everything was decent.
