"Hotel is in a great location for access to most areas of Pula. The room is basic but bright, clean and tidy and serves its purpose, I liked the fact it was electronic access so no carrying cards or keys around. If you check in after a certain time, they will have to leave you instructions to enter. The location is perfect. However, the shower was stopped up, the air conditioning ran but didn’t cool. "This is a very spacious place, immaculately clean and in a safe residential area. "Overall it was a great stay. From the time we arrived, the service was great. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was ready before we arrived, so no waiting time. Full valet service with free parking, which is not the norm in other hotels. The room was nice and spacious. Had everything we required, and was topped up throughout the day. Food was great at all the restaurants and value for money. Enjoyed the beach, indoor pool and spa facilities. The only request i would make, is that they remove the carpets from the elevators."
