"We had a lovely time at this property. Fantastic location and great facilities. Great pool and yard. Shaun was easy to contact and resolved our minor issues. There were a Few small maintenance issues that I believe have now been fixed ( reason for 4 rather 5 stars). We love Kingscliff, perfect family spot."

"Great house for a short or extended stay. Multiple living spaces for extended family, comfortable beds and great heated swimming pool. The beach is really close as are restaurants and cafes. Toys for kids, well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounges and chairs. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful home very well maintained. It does lack privacy between upstairs bedrooms and is located on a very noisy street with cars going past all night at times. Nice place overall close to the beach and restaurants."

"Great house, perfectly located across from beach and surf club. Well equipped, generous bedrooms and living space, perfect for a family. We ate on the front balcony every night and enjoyed the ocean views and breeze. Will definitely come again."

"WOW what an amazing place. No amount of words could justify this place. Plenty of space for everyone,has everything you need, super comfy beds and local shops in walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool but my favourite spot was the 3rd story views especially at sunrise and sunset."
