"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"Very nice villa and pool, in a large garden filled with different fruit trees. It is private, neighbouring houses are a long way away. We didn't have any issues with the road either driving it or walking. Lovely views of the mountains. Thank you Peter, we had a much needed rest and relaxing holiday. Agree with an earlier reviewer, Orgiva has its own vibe. It is very laid back and you can find everything you need."

"The location is nicely situated next to the slopes and convenient for people who want to enjoy winter sports. Hotel also has its own parking onsite with free valet. The balcony overlooked the slopes but it would’ve been nice to have chairs out there to sit and enjoy the sun. It’s hard to justify paying steep prices to stay here because it feels as though you don’t get anything back for what you paid, unfortunately. Our room was incredibly dry and hot and there was nothing we could do except open the windows wide all night. The room is also quite small. The room was also right next to where people play pool and the music and people were loud throughout the night. The breakfast is average given, again, what you pay for a night. The gym is small and has some essentials but misses the overall gym feel. The staff was friendly and tried to accommodate any issues we had. Free shuttle service is nice to get you down and back from the center (restaurants and bars). "
