Little cottage near the sea!

This is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY. This charming 1200 square ft house, is within a 7-minute walk from our private beach and all village amenities. Enjoy indoor pool, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball, and more. The new kitchen is fully stocked. 1 king bed in the back bedroom and two twins that can be made into a king in the front bedroom. All new mattresses and bedspreads. All new linens. 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, full laundry room. Outside deck, with picnic table umbrella. and a new gas grill. Central air, all new windows. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach wagon are available to make it convenient to our beach. We have everything to make you stay fun and comfortable. You only need to bring your bathing suit and toothbrush! 1 small dog is allowed ,50 lbs or less.

Please don't throw decorative pillows on the floor! Place on dressers, chairs, or luggage rack Please cover leather couches If the dog gets on them.
Only 1 DOG allowed on property. If more our seen, Security Deposit with be forfeited. WE do have a dog park at the end of our street.
NO SMOKING anywhere on property, If smoke is detected or butts are found anywhere on property,, a $500.00 fine will be added on.
