"Stayed for a week and split time sightseeing between nearby mountains and Munich. The location worked great for this approach with lots to see and do within a 1 hour drive (we chose to rent a car). The apartment itself is great with a satisfying minimalistic approach that I appreciate, iIt is comfortable and quiet and perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. The hosts were top notch with excellent communications and advice/help. Highly recommend."

"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "Unserem kleinen Vierbeiner und uns hat die Ferienwohnung von Melli und Martin sehr gut gefallen. Die Beiden haben wirklich an alles gedacht und wir haben uns sehr willkommen geheissen gefühlt. Die weitläufigen Felder und die nahen Alpen laden zum wandern ein und je nach Lust, sind zum sightseeing und shoppen grössere Städte, wie Landsberg am Lech und Schongau schnell zu erreichen. Einfach rundum ein herrlicher Ort ! Wir können uns vorstellen, bald wieder einige Tage in dieser idealen Wohnung zu...

"Wir haben 5 traumhafte Tage erlebt. Die große, gemütliche Wohnung ist schnell zum unseren Zuhause geworden (leider nur für kurze Zeit). Den Fensterblick vermissen wir jetzt schon. Das Haus selbst ist tatsächlich ein Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Wanderwege, ob in die Stadt oder in die Berge. Unsere Bezugsperson ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit gewesen. "Michaela and her family were the most welcoming hosts. The apartment is located in the family farm compound and we got to interact with all of the friendly family members (including the animals!). Our 3 year old daughter loved the barn cats, the cows, sheep and bunnies. The setting couldn't have been more idyllic. The apartment itself is newly renovated and was very clean. "We stayed in this property just for 2 nights, but got amazingly lucky in that when midnight hit on NYE, we were treated to a birds eye view of what felt like everyone in Garmisch-Partenkirchen shooting up fireworks all around us. From the balcony we sat as a family and took it all in. What a fun surprise! The property is right on the historic walking and shopping street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean, modern but cozy, and comfortable."
