The comfortable holiday home "Villa Mercede" has an area of 140 m² and is located in the municipality of Muravera, on the eastern coast of Sardinia. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (two of which have air conditioning and one with 2 single beds), and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Ein toller Aufenthalt

Pros: Zur Begrüßung gab es vom Vermieter Sardische Backwaren. Sehr lecker! Danke dafür.!!! Die Lage war prima. Max. 2 Min. bis zum wunderschönen Strand. Schönes geräumiges Haus. Terrasse großzügig. Toll zum Frühstück und chillen. Klimaanlage war ausreichend. Großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank. Garten ums Haus, mit Stellplatz. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Cons: Die Duschen sind renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr viele Ameisen im Bad. Trotz Ameisenpulver…zeitweise war das Bad nicht nutzbar. Leider war die Sauberkeit nicht so toll. Backofen war von Vormietern fettig und dreckig. Keine Reinigungsmittel vorhanden. Wurden aber nach Nachfrage gebracht. Pfannen etc. müssten ausgetauscht werden. Grundreinigung in Küche wäre Wünschenswert.

Siamo stati bene . Bella spiaggia, mare bellissimo.

Pros: La vicinanza della spiaggia alla casa . Un consiglio, molto importante. L'aria condizionata era presente in una sola stanza, e quindi nelle altre due richiedeva l'apertura delle finestre di notte. La casa è vicina alla strada, e il rumore era continuo, da far fatica ad addormentarsi, per svegliarsi poi all'alba per i mezzi dalla raccolta vetro ad altri. Basterebbe poter chiudere le finestre. Sarebbe perfetta.

Perfekt für Strandferien.

Pros: Perfekt Lage zum Strand (2 Minuten zu Fuss), 15 Minuten zu Restaurants und Geschäften, Sergio war mega nett und hat und mit Süssigkeiten Sekt und einheimischen Schnaps begrüsst. War jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps. Das Haus ist für 4-6 Personen perfekt. Alles hat gepasst. Cons: Etwas lärmig wegen einem Nachbarshund (bellte jeden Morgen um 8 Uhr sehr lange und nervig).

Perfekt. Würden das Haus jederzeit empfehlen

Pros: Wir konnten am Anreisetag sogar früher ins Haus. Die Lage zum Strand ist ideal. Der Strand ist perfekt. Sauber und schön. Im Haus ist alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die überdachte Terrasse ist toll zum sitzen und chillen. Cons: Die Küche ist etwas älter, wird aber nächstes Jahr erneuert, wurde uns gesagt. Hier wäre es schön einen Backofen zu haben. Die Toreinfahrt ist ziemlich eng (opel insignia) .

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und bester Strandlage

Pros: Schönes, großes Ferienhaus, in zweiter Strandlage. Nur ca 2 min zu Fuß bis zum tollen langen Sandstrand, der flach rein geht. Haus mit Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestatteter Küche, feinem Grillplatz und schöner Veranda. Am besten war jedoch Sergio als Vermieter, der jederzeit ansprechbar war und sich großartig gekümmert hat. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Grazie mile

Erholsame Ferien

Schönes Haus direkt an der im Oktober wenig befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Hell, gut eingerichtet, toller Service durch den Hausverwalter. Einsehbar von allen Seiten. Geschützter Parkplatz.
