The two-room apartment consists of a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower and window, a habitable veranda overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view and equipped with chairs and table; in the garden (condominium) there is an outdoor shower, and the relative parking space. The apartment has been recently renovated
There is air conditioning both in the living room and in the double bedroom and heat pump so that it can be rented all year round. All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets. There is also a TV with decoder, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher. Iron, vacuum cleaner, excellent linen for the kitchen, bathroom and bed! water reserve activated by an autoclave (in case of poor water supply by the network), dishes and furnishings necessary for the proper use of the property. + WIFI REQUIRED DEPOSIT OF EURO 180.00 TO PAY CASH ON ARRIVAL

Un balcone sul mare
Quello che si vede nella foto del sito è esattamente così e riflette la correttezza e la trasparenza delle informazioni da parte del Proprietario. Casa super-attrezzata, sia a livello di utensili di cucina (non mancava proprio nulla, anche lo sbattitore!) sia a livello di prodotti di pulizia. Abbiamo apprezzato trovare quelle cose di base come Caffè, Zucchero, Sale grosso e fino (non così scontato). Però la cosa che abbiamo apprezzato maggiormente è il balcone ampio dove abbiamo cenato quasi ogni sera: la vista era talmente riposante, che non avevi voglia di scendere in paese. E poi in questo Agosto molto caldo, il fatto di essere in una posizione sopraelevata, ha garantito un minimo di brezza serale molto piacevole. Adatta anche a chi fosse senza mezzi di trasporto: mare e servizi principali a 10 minuti a piedi da casa.

Vacanza costa rei Claudio
Casa perfetta per due persone, accogliente con tutte le comodità e molto pulita. Terrazza vista mare con panorama meraviglioso. Posizione strategica a 5 mnt a piedi dalla spiaggia e dai servizi. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Maria Luisa sono state un valore aggiunto. Ci torneremo!!

Siamo stati una settimana in questo luogo da sogno. Casa piccola ma confortevole e dotata delle cose necessarie. Vista da urlo che rendeva piacevole il risveglio e un aperitivo dal rientro dal mare.

Toller Ausblick!
Tolle Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick aufs Meer. Super ausgestattet. Auch das dritte Bett war besser als erwartet. Gartenbereich um Außendusche sollte etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Sonst alles super!

Etwas Kritik an der unmittelbaren Umgebung
Das Objekt liegt im 1.Stock, darunter ist eine Wohneinheit die scheinbar seit Monaten nicht genutzt wird. Der Garten ist sehr verwildert und stört das Gesamtbild. Die Eigentümerin des Mietobjektes Frau Pistani bedauert den Zustand, der durch den Nachbar verursacht wird. Jedenfalls ist die Organisation des Mietobjektes sehr gut zu bewerten.

Splendida vacanza
Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato 3 settimane. La casa è in una posizione strategica in quanto vicino ai ristoranti e locali della zona (raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti), vicinissima alla spiaggia. La casa rispecchia quanto scritto nell'annuncio online. Di positivo, la zona che essendo leggermente fuori dalla vita di Costa Rei ti permette di avere una totale tranquillità e silenzio e questo ti permette di avere una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il parcheggio comodisso e sempre disponibile, rangiungibile in meno di un minuto a piedi rende meno stressante muovere la macchina. La casa ha messo la ciliegina sulla torta ad una vacanza bellissima. Inoltre la padrona di casa sempre disponibile e pronta ad aiutare in caso di bisogno. Consigliata.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento per una settimana con il nostro bambino. La casa ha una posizione invidiabile, nel centro di Costa Rei con una terrazza spettacolare vista mare nella quale si può godere della brezza marina in tutte le ore della giornata. Appartamento molto pulito e funzionale, con tutte le cose di cui si ha bisogno per vivere al meglio la vacanza. La spiaggia è a 5 min a piedi ma l'appartamento è in una posizione strategica per visitare tutta la costa sud orientale della Sardegna. Infatti a pochi km di distanza si trovano alcune delle spiagge più suggestive dell'isola. Grazie mille alla Sig.ra Pistani per la sua gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrata. Un grazie anche alla sig.ra Francesca che ci ha accolto nell'appartamento e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni. Speriamo di poter soggiornare in questo bellissimo appartamento nuovamente in futuro.

Ottimo!
Abbiamo soggiornato in 3 con il nostro bimbo di 4 anni . L'appartamento è assolutamente fornito di qualsiasi cosa (anche lavatrice e lavastivoglie!!!), un intero armadio con eventuale biancheria di ricambio, ottimo pentolame e stoviglie. Non manca davvero nulla! Addirittura anche olio e sale (che noi avevamo, però comodi se qualcuno se li dimenticasse). Appartamento molto pulito ( per me fondamentale avendo anche un bimbo). La signora è sempre a disposizione. Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e a market, farmacia, panificio, ecc. Che dire? Credo che torneremo!!!! Assolutamente consigliato

Luogo stupendo
Luogo davvero fantastico, più adatto a famiglie essendo piuttosto tranquilla come località, spiaggia bellissima ideale per bambini anche piccoli e raggiungibile a piedi dall'appartamento con una camminata di circa 10 minuti, altre spiagge sempre splendide raggiungibili in zona ma utilizzando l'auto, consigliata se si vuole girare un po'. Io, mia moglie e mia figlia di 2 anni e mezzo abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento della Sig.ra Pistani ad agosto 2018, la casa è dotata di tutti i confort possibili come indicato nell'annuncio, non manca davvero nulla per passare dei giorni in totale tranquillità, il terrazzo è ben ventilato infatti abbiamo sempre pranzato e cenato all'aperto, la vista è davvero incantevole. Pur essendo agosto, il paese e la spiaggia non erano troppo affollati come invece immaginavo, di sicuro mi sento di consigliare il paese di Costa Rei per una vacanza in famiglia. Una nota particolare per la Sig.ra Pistani e per la Sig.ra Francesca, raramente ho visto tanta attenzione e disponibilità verso gli ospiti, se è stato un vero piacere soggiornare in questo appartamento è anche merito della loro gentilezza e cortesia, un luogo è bello specialmente quando ci si sente come a casa propria.
