Even when in the morning we was roasting hot and had receptionist checking on us as fire alarm went off.. sauna didnt switched off from the evening before..they send someone to fix it it was just a perfect place. "Fantastic super kind staff, the restaurant on site was incredible, and the glass cabins were beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay! Only negative to note which was not that big of a deal is on the shower there is a sign that says you only have 15 minutes of hot water per hour and in our experience we had about 9 minutes before it was freezing cold. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend! "

"Great communication with the hotel and they sorted out a taxi from the airport to hotel which could carry my snowboard and two suitcase, me and one other. Lovely apartment with everything you need and the sauna is amazing just what you need after a day in the slope. Lift to slope just down the road with a bar/restaurant that is open during slope hours. Easy walk to Levi centre either main road or winter trail and the R1 bus runs frequently and enough to get back from centre with a food shop "
