"The property is classic center parcs with mainly aqua mundo as attraction. The activity center is quite basic. We stayed at a VIP marina apartment. It was quite specious and very well equipped. However, there is no air conditioning or ventilation opposing to what is stated in Expedia and no bug nets on the windows, which is quite a torture with hot august weather. "Leuk park in mooie locatie en gezellige kleine huisjes. Wij hadden de comfort villa. Woonkamer is lekker ruim, maar de slaapkamers klein. Ik schrok van de erg dunne matrassen, maar het comfort er van was beter dan verwacht. Alleen waren de standaard hoezen niet erg schoon. Dus ik was blij dat we eigen beddengoed bij hadden. "W hi at an incredible surprise when we checked in. So much greater than the pics The History of the place, and all the amenities. The room was spectacular looking over the park and canal. So peaceful. Yet it was so close to everything. This was the crown jewel in our visit to Netherlands. We fell in love with Utrecht. I will recommend Karel-V as top place to stay. The staff were so helpful getting us to the hotel when we got lost. Sent a taxi for us. Thankyou so much for such a memorable time."

"Definitely recommend! I was only there for a night stop but I wish I would have stayed longer. The hotel was very well located, nice and clean. It was also pretty quiet when I was there and I slept very well. And I arrived pretty late because of a train delay but the staff were super nice and understanding."
