"The worst hotel or if I may say (resort) I have ever stayed in, a resort of this size should have at least 8am to 10pm reception if not 24/7 but the reception were only open between 10am to 4pm and they would close between 12pm to 1pm for lunch break. The place is located in the middle of no where, locals shops and stores shuts before 9 or 10pm, the hotel it self has one place to eat or drink but I don’t think we call it a restaurant or a bar. "The property is classic center parcs with mainly aqua mundo as attraction. The activity center is quite basic. We stayed at a VIP marina apartment. It was quite specious and very well equipped. However, there is no air conditioning or ventilation opposing to what is stated in Expedia and no bug nets on the windows, which is quite a torture with hot august weather. "Excellent for young kids and families. Our chalet was next to the woods and very quiet. Large soft play, outdoor pool, kids club, kids activities and playgrounds suited our age 6 and 2 grandkids. Used the restaurant one night and pizza takeaway another. Would definitely go again"

Nach mehreren Telefonaten konnte die nette Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption das klären, und wir haben den gebuchten Preis gezahlt. "Very nice place with comfortable large cabins and a great location. The unit was very well equipped, it was very clean and much roomier than I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location is remote but also easy to get to local shops for supplies, either by car or bicycle. This time of year is very quiet, but I can imagine in the summer it is quite busy with many families. "
