"The description here in hotel.com was not achieved by the hotel. The description said, apartment at the main building, but the lady at the reception gave us the furthest apartment, even though she knew that we have two toddlers, a lot of luggage and we have to leave at 3 am the next day. She also wanted us to pay the hotel a cleaning fee whuch obviously not stated at the description. "
