"The owner rents out two rooms on the second floor. The rooms from each other across a 1 yard hall. There is a shared bathroom with a shower a few feet down the hall. My only problem is sound travels very easily between the rooms. Two days in a row I woke up a 5:20 am when the other renter got up to start their day. The first day I heard them using scotch tape to tape up something, the second day I heard the fumble the keys in the door lock. "

"3 min walk to Staten Island ferry. Breakfast provided was minimal and dissappointing. No juices. Basically bread butter, 1 bananna, 2 tangerenes and 2 soft apples. Towels were like sandpaper. Place was clean. Host always available and helpful."
