PERFECTION

Listen.... the listing could not do this place justice. We arrived and were blown away. We went for the Cannes Lions and ended up skipping most of our vacation to spend time there. It is perfect. Pros: -Since it's in the hills, much cooler at night and not so hot. -Very nice neighborhood -It's STUNNING -We had an ant problem and the lovely house keeper came to us at 10:30pm to help. Cons: -2 rooms have twin beds -Traffic to Cannes beaches can be 1 hour. (but worth it)

Beautiful Villa in a stunning location!

We had such an enjoyable and memorable stay at this lovely villa! The location can't be beat: 20mins to Nice airport, 15mins to Cannes, and 5mins from the most beautiful hilltop village. The property is stunning and very authentic feeling. the kitchen and all the beautiful serving ware were a delight to cook with. The host was very quick to fix a wifi issue that we had. We loved our stay here and would defintley come back!

Amazing 'Mas' and 'Jardin'

Beautifull house on private property, quite with nice heated pool. Looks and feels like paradise in Mourgins, close distance to Cannes and Nice airport. Would give 6-star recommendation.

Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille dans ce cadre magnifique ! Le mas des Banions a vraiment beaucoup beaucoup de charme, la région est superbe, et déjà, nous espérons tous pouvoir revenir bientôt ... ! appréciation très moyenne

Nous sommes arrivés à la propriété pour 1 semaine, le samedi à 16h et les femmes de ménage n'avaient toujours pas terminé leur "travail". Sur la table extérieure, traînaient des verres et des cendriers tandis que de jeunes enfants quittaient la propriété avec leurs serviettes de piscine et cheveux mouillés. Les housses du salon extérieur étaient trempées. L'intérieur de la maison était franchement sale. Pas une bouteille d'eau pour nous désaltérer à l'arrivée. L'alarme de la piscine pour surveiller les enfants ne fonctionnait pas. Lorsque nous avons tenté de l'activer, elle ne s'arrêtait plus et cela a fortement gêné les voisins qui nous ont crié dessus. Ensuite,malgré le passage d'un réparateur et l'installation d'un autre système, cela n'a jamais fonctionné. La cuisine ne donne aucune vue sur le jardin ou piscine, ce qui la rend sombre. Dans certains lits, c'est avec des draps de flanelle que nous dormions alors que nous sommes au mois d'août, et qu'il y avait canicule. De plus, nous avons tous été attaqués par une invasion de moustiques! Jour et nuit nous avions tous des morsures alors qu'on nous avait dit que les lieux étaient traités. Donc, jolies photos, certes, mais nous n'y reviendrons pas.

vacances de rêves

Pour la 2ème année consécutive, nous avons passé de magnifique vacances en famille dans cette propriété; Tout est fait par les propriétaires pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Cette année grâce aux efforts de démoustication, nous avons bénéficié de conditions idéales. La maison est suffisamment grande pour que Grand Parents, Parents et enfants se sentent chez soi; Et surtout l'équipement de la cuisine permets de faire une cuisine comme à la maison (Tout y est). Un plus: grâce à la situation dans un domaine, le calme règne même la nuit. Nous y retournerons l'année prochaine avec plaisir.

Prachtige locatie en erg sfeervol

We hebben van een geweldige vakantie genoten in een fantastisch huis met een prachtige tuin. Het huis was schoon en goed onderhouden. Bij aankomst wordt je direct overvallen door de typisch franse sfeer en je voelt je direct thuis. Het zwembad was heerlijk en er bevinden zich voldoende stoelen, parasols en ligbedden rond het zwembad. De afspraken met de eigenaar verliepen prima. We kunnen het huis aan een ieder aanbevelen.

Un lieu magique !!!

Nous venons de passer notre 3ème été dans ce mas, et nous nous lassons pas de la beauté des lieux ! le jardin est superbe avec ses oliviers centenaires, il est aménagé et entretenu avec beaucoup de gout. La maison aussi d'ailleurs avec une salle de bains dans chaque chambre , et une cuisine super équipée qui permet sans problème de cuisiner pour 12. Cette propriété n'a qu'un seul défaut, c'est que nous souhaitons pas en sortir car tout est trop parfait : calme, beauté, sérénité et grande piscine ensoleillée :-) Un grand merci à Frédéric et Isabelle, les propriétaires qui ont su donner leur âme à ce lieux magique pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité dès que l'on en avait besoin, et bravo pour les nouveaux aménagements. Nous avons déjà réservé pour l'année prochaine :-) Nathalie et François

très belle location

Superbes vacances en famille dans un endroit idyllique conforme à tous points de vue à la description. L'ancien Mas, niché dans les oliviers, est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, jusqu'au moindre détail. La magnifique piscine ensoleillée a fait le bonheur de tous, petits et grands. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain.

"noi e i nostri ospiti siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti del soggiorno in questa splendida villa dotata di tutti i comfort.Se un appunto si può fare è quello d consigliare il proprietario che è necessario intervenire sull''impianto di irrigazione automatica perchè questo funziona anche se piove a dirotto con grande spreco d''acqua.Noi consigliamo a tutti di trascorrere un periodo di vacanza in questo luogo magico, lontano dal caos e dai rumori e immerso nella natura "
