"Nous avons pris le logement pour 2 nuits. Partout sur l'annonce il est inscrit que l'arrivée se fait à 14H or lorsque l'on a téléphoné pour prévenir d'un léger retard, on nous a annoncé quand fait l'arrivée se faisait à 17H. Nous voilà à tourner pendant presque 3H avec un enfant en bas âge. De plus, l'annonce décrit le logement comme possédant : une climatisation, un lave-linge, un sèche-linge et un four. "This is a cute little apartment perfectly located right in the old town of Annecy I will endeavour to leave a practical and honest review as we found our stay to be.It was spotlessly clean with lots of extras such as toiletries and cleaning items. It is well equipped and modern. "L’appartement est splendide et fonctionnel. Les chambres à l’étage sont un grand atout surtout quand on a un bébé. La vue est magnifique. On s’est énormément ressourcé. Il faut une voiture par contre, c’est mieux, Annecy a 20 min. "

"We had an enjoyable stay at Feet in the water. The views are stunning and we liked Duingt, a quiet area away from the bustle of Annecy but easy to get back to on the bus. General condition of the Apartment is tired, everything worked but could do with a refresh. The advertised private entry to the lake is unusable due to no steps down, and the uneven rocks below. No hand rail on the tight staircase and only an upstairs WC. Not a problem for the young and fit, but might be for the less able. The...

"Very well-equipped and roomy lodgings in a residential area of Annecy. The apartment is actually a 3 BR 1.5 BA. There is only one shower. Thomas and Marie and colleagues were very responsive and collaborative."

"Modern, clean hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Room well equipped and clean. The restaurant was nicely busy and we enjoyed our dinner there. The outside terraces and pool area are very attractive, with lake views and a lovely old Lebanon Cedar tree in the middle. We paid 20 euros for overnight parking at the hotel which seemed fair enough as Annecy is such a busy town. The only downside was the main road that runs right next to the hotel and separates it from the lakeside, this does impact the outside terrace but we couldn’t hear road noise in our room at the side of the hotel. "
