"This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room....

"This motel is very economical and as a result bare bones with respect to amenities. It was clean and functional has not been refurbished in decades. Our nonsmoking room was filled with smoke so we had to get another. It took me many phone calls/emails to get my money back for 2 unused nights after we checked out (to there credit, we did get our money back in full)."

"The cleaning and manager were great, attentive, helpful, polite! We had a strong rain storm. The manager reached out immediately to see if we were ok and needed anything. We required a few extra towels which were promptly supplied. The motel is an older and being redone. It was clean and had pretty sheets, WiFi and Roku tv worked great."

"I liked that the hotel was walkable to Union Station, see a ballgame, catch a train, shopping, restaurants and enjoyed the gym inside. The property was very clean and safe. The only thing I did not like about our stay was that the unit did not have a regular coffee pot. It had a pot for hot water to make instant coffee which was ok. "

"Great location right near Union Station for an easy ride to and from the airport. Also very walkable to Commons Park and 16th St Mall for dining and activities. The room was more like a studio apartment. It was clean and very comfortable.
