"Well situated close to the Lac de Guerlédan and the Canal de Nantes à Brest. Very calm, and Andy was very helpful.Large playing room with ping-pong table and darts.The house we rent had 3 bedrooms, a large dining room with a fireplace and a well equiped kitchen.We also used the swiming pool and large playgrounds."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kerivalan! Alain, the host, was super friendly and helpful. Also the house (and garden) was amazing. Very cosy, clean and nicely decorated. In terms of distance, the location of the house was good to visit places in the south of Bretagne like Quiberon, Carnac, Larmor Baden, … always less than a 30min drive. Merci beaucoup Alain, c’était top. We look forward to coming back to Bretagne. "

"Parfaitement située à 5 minutes à pied du vieux centre ville, cette grande maison confortable permet d'accueillir toute la famille. Il y à suffisamment de sanitaires pour tout le monde et beaucoup d'équipements sont récents vour neufs. La terrasse est ombragée l'après-midi et le soir. A noter également une bonne communication avec le propriétaire... Merci pour votre accueil !"

"Accueil super et très sympa par J Pierre d'abord et par Denise... tous les deux tout autant sympas et accueillants.. Superbe maison agréable et bien agencée. Dommage pour nous séjour trop court. Le seul hic c'est que ce coquin de soleil n'a montré vraiment ses rayons qu'au bout du 3ème jour mais nous en avons bien profité. A renouveler avec plaisir."

"Not enough privacy for me very communal but not a complaint nor the responsibility of the property owner. As a hostel it’s great but not for a private stay. Listing could be a bit clearer and lack of WiFi should be mentioned. Place immaculate and owners friendly. "

"Das Gite liegt zwar mitten im Ort, ist aber total ruhig! Man ist in 30 Sekunden in einer tollen Creperie, in 35 Sekunden in einer epicerie, in 60 Sekunden bei zwei grandiosen Bäckern oder auf dem Markt, der 2x die Woche stattfindet. Eingezäuntes Grundstück für den Hund. Sehr neu renoviertes Haus mit tollen Betten. Tolle Terrasse. Tolle Küche. Tolles Bad. Wirklich eine perfekte Unterkunft. 5 min Fahrt zum Meer. Und zwei unfassbar nette Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit waren...

"Ker Case A Nou Big garden with lots of flowers, good rooms (large enough, good beds & can be darkened completely), large living / dining room area, well-equipped kitchen. The pictures and description match reality ;). Do pack ear plugs: the house is rather noisy. The bedrooms on the top floor are connected to the living / dining room area by an open staircase."
