The modern and stylish apartment Steg 1 is located in Moos am Bodensee in the basement of a house that borders on idyllic fields. The quiet apartment consists of a light-flooded living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a ping-pong table and satellite TV. The outdoor area with its garden, pond and seating area allows you to spend relaxing hours and start the day together at the table with breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are within 580 m and the next beach, Strandbad Moos, is 1.5 km (5-minute drive) away.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The accommodation is particularly suitable for couples, as the bedroom leads into the living room and must not be locked separately with a door. Wir fahren seit Jahrzehnten in die Gegend und haben dort die bisher schönste Fewo angetroffen. Modern und trotz allem heimelig eingerichtet, optimale Raumaufteilung, hochwertiges Mobiliar, hervorragende Küche und last but not least ein benutzerfreundliches Kühlgerät. Die Lage am Dorfrand mit dem Parkplatz und die fußläufig gut zu erreichende gehobene regionale Gastronomie und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel runden das Bild ab.
