'La Maison De Marie' 17th-century house with private courtyard and terrace

Located in the "Grand site de France St Guilhem le Désert-Gorges de l'Hérault". The gîte is in the heart of the village, with all shops within walking distance, as well as the media library, boulodrome and children's playground. The stone-built house, with its vaulted ceilings and thick walls, maintains a moderate temperature. There's a small, shaded outdoor courtyard and solarium. On the ground floor, large 60m2 living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower room, courtyard. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a shower room and terrace. The gîte is registered with "Gîtes de France", "vignobles et découvertes" and "séjour randonnées" and can accommodate a baby at no extra charge. On site: - Hiking and œnorando on the Chemin de St Jacques, in the vineyards and towards the 11th-century château.
- Hillside vineyards, in the midst of which the Montpeyroux winegrowers produce A.O.P./A.O.C. classified wines in some twenty cellars.
Languedoc-Montpeyroux" appellation - Joncas climbing site for all levels.
- Cycling routes to Col du Vent, Pic St Baudille... Using the free shuttle bus during the summer season, 5km access to:
- St Guilhem le Désert, one of "France's most beautiful villages",
