Each outwardly facing window offer a spectacular view, and the rooms are spacious and clean.There's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up a few flights of uneven stairs.Be careful around some of the furniture though, as some pieces are wobbly, and not too stable. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible.
