Hinweis für Läufer/Radfahrer: Der Weg vom Haus in den Ort sind ca. 2km und 250hm aufwärts, die Hälfte...

The views are as advertised, Beautiful, looking over the valley and water was fantastic. Because for our trip the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the patio area morning and night without any discomfort, no jackets or warm cloths needed. "Siamo stati molto bene nel casale, con 3 bambini e 2 cani. RIngraziamo i proprietari per l'accoglienza fatta ai nostri cani che non é sempre scontata. Il casolare é conforme alla descrizione, per chi cerca una vacanza nella natura e nella quiete. I proprietari ci hanno consigliato un ottimo agriturismo nelle vicinanze per cene a base di prodotti locali."

"The property is set in the most beautiful scenery, and you really get to experience the real Italy. It was such a well design villa with a superb art collection and decor. Being right in the hills meant the view was always changing, and amazing to just sit and watch. The pool was amazing and a welcome cool down from the August heat. The local towns were great and all the locals were just lovely, even teaching us bits of Italian. Try the coffee as you won’t be disappointed with the espressos....

"We enjoyed our stay at 101 Esino. It was conveniently located <5 min walk to the train station and beach access. We were traveling without a car, so it was a trek into Ancona via foot (we could have taken the bus or train). Would be a fabulous location with a car to explore more of the Marche region. The only things the apartment were lacking were garbage or compost bags and dish soap. Otherwise, we were very comfortable during our stay."

"Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage.Der Weg zum Strand war in fünf Minuten fussläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto geht es noch schneller, mehrere kostenlose Strände sind gut erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Mehrere Einkaufsläden sind in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Stadt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, sehr schöner Ort um mal abzuschalten, kein Ort für Partys. Civitanova...
