"Beautiful views of Umbria. Large old house with a lovely garden and pool - looked after every day by Guiseppi who was very kind and helpful. Lovely Umbrian hill top towns within a short drive. We even braved Rome on the train from Terni. Hot but fabulous. Assisi is not to be missed and Todi is a lovely small town with gorgeous views."

"The idyllic views, tranquil location and convenient driving distance to many of the beautiful hill towns in Umbria made our stay in the house very enjoyable. The house managers, Giuseppe and his wife Mariella were very kind and helpful and when we asked Giuseppie to recommend a good local butcher and cheese shop he took us there himself. "Villa was easy to find with google maps. Elena was very hospitable and provide a great overview of the property along with surrounding area. The pool was very refreshing for our hot days with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to choose from. It was an ideal location after touring Italy for 3 weeks- very peaceful and relaxing!"

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather.
