House "Teura" is a beautiful, two-story vacation rental located in the district of Cacciarella, just 2.5 km from the center of Porto Santo Stefano and 15 km from the center of Orbetello. Surrounded by trees and nestled in an elevated position on a slope, this detached house is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a tranquil getaway.

The property boasts a beautiful, natural state property of 5,000 m2 that is fenced for your privacy. You can relax in the pergola or on the terrace, both of which are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue for al fresco dining. The property is accessed via a 1.5 km long narrow motor access road and offers ample parking on the premises.

While staying at House "Teura", you'll be just 3.5 km from the sea and sandy beaches, making this the perfect location for a seaside vacation. This vacation home is a 6-room house spanning across 86 m2 on 2 levels. The furnishings are simple and functional. The living/dining room has a double sofa bed, dining table, satellite TV, international TV channels and a wood-burning stove. A room with a French bed (140 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC is also present. The open kitchen has a mini-oven, 4 gas rings and a kettle.

On the upper floor, there is a living/dining room with a sliding door, panoramic window with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV and international TV channels. The room leads to a terrace with a marvellous view of the sea. There is an open room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and two rooms with French beds (140 cm and 170 cm). The open kitchen has an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, microwave and electric coffee machine. A shower/WC and gas heating are also provided.

There are 2 large terraces measuring 35 m2, porch, terrace furniture and deck chairs. A washing machine, iron, mosquito net and children's high chair are available. Additionally, there is internet (WiFi, free) for guests. Please note that the house is for non-smokers only and a maximum of 1 pet/dog is allowed. There is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
