"This house was perfect for 3 families hanging out together before and after skiing at Bretton Woods (10 min drive). Pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games. Plenty of kitchen equipment, flatware and utensils. Comfortable beds and nice decorations. Definitely will return!"

"We loved the property overall. We used the river behind the house to ride tubes down, wade and build a fire next to. We also used the pool table, ping pong table and foosball in the game room. There were also ample t.v.s. and kitchen utensils. The location is ideal within half an hour of so many things to do! "I can't say enough great things about this beautiful home and Tim the property manager who made our check in very easy and always there when we had questions or suggestions on restaurants in the area. The location in Franconia was very convenient to 93, getting to Bretton Woods and also the Ice Castles in Lincoln. Everything was about 20-30 minutes from the house. "The property was exactly as described. The house is very comfortable. It is in a quiet setting that feels like you are away from everything but you are actually close to town. It is centrally located to many attractions in the White Mountains. We went to 3 different ski resorts, all within a 30 minute drive. "

"Appreciate that the host worked with us to change our reservation date. Greatly appreciated that the host accommodated our request to check in early. Only bump is that we were not given access information until after we arrived and had to spend most of an hour trying to contact the host to get into the house."

"The property and view were amazing. The proximity to excellent breweries, hikes, and kayaking made it a perfect base for us for our vacation. Mornings were spent exploring the nearby areas and the afternoons and evenings on the front porch just soaking in the views of the mountains and property. Bedrooms and propery were very well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely look forward to returninf if our travels lead us in that direction."

"We loved staying here! The room was spacious and clean. The location made it easy to get to all the places we went to in Franconia and Conway. We were able to walk to town an even saw a black bear crossing the road! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We liked the quiet ambient music. The lighting in the room was bright, making for easy reading."
