"Good place to stay. Underground parking available for free with easy in/out. Cookies are very fresh and good. They had us in their newly renovated suite and was very nice with kitchen top and everything you would need when staying away for a couple days. Highly recommend "

"There was a construction bin on the property which made it difficult to maneuver. The lobby was very welcoming which had lemon water, comfortable seating/meeting area and TV to watch."

"If you are visiting Seattle Washington hotel, Max is the place to be. It is directly in the middle and heart of downtown Seattle.-It is surrounded with beautiful Theresa attractions fine steakhouses and of course Pike place where you can only walk a quick 10 minutes Down the road- Affordable and easy to find the surrounding areas for your trip- Highly recommended to stay at this hotel they have nice rooms and a lot of complementary beverages and food items"

"I booked three rooms for the night before our cruise. We took the light rail from the airport at only $3 per person and was dropped off at the Westlake Center. The hotel is about 3 min. walk away. We found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the area around the hotel walkable and safe. They had a 12pm check out so we walked to Pikes Fish Market before returning to catch a shuttle to Pier 91 for our cruise. The staff arranged a shuttle to the ship for $10 per person. All in all it was a great choice of hotels."

"Excellent hotel! We had just gotten off of a cruise ship with our luggage, and we knew that we probably wouldn’t be able to check in until late afternoon. However, they allowed us to check into a room early and we could go straight up! So helpful! Service was excellent and friendly. The room was very nice, including an extremely comfortable pillow top bed. Pillows could have used a little bit more firmness or structure… They were very fluffy but flattened when you laid your head on them. The bathroom had very nice touches like a nearly full-size hairdryer and make up mirror. The room also had additional touches like a wine bottle opener, coffee maker with an abundance of coffees and teas, white noise machine, and free bottled water. The hotel was within walking distance of amazing food choices, and shopping. We could also walk to the downtown monorail or the West Lake light rail station, which was just about 5 to 7 minutes away. We originally took the light rail from the airport to that hotel zone and it was extremely easy and inexpensive. We felt safe walking around in that area and there was ample security if needed. This is a fantastic place to stay pre-or post-cruise or in general!"
