Great location for compact studio
Check in went very smooth with manager, Christian. Apartment was in great location, and very clean. Facilities all worked well but kitchen was lacking a few basic utensils and food storage space, probably due to its compact design. I would definitely stay there again it available. Also great for accessing Italy Monaco and Nice.

J’ai passé un beau séjour le seul bémol est la communication, car j’ai dû attendre 2heures à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement était propre. Il y avais tout ce dont l’on avait besoin. Beau quartier avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Épicerie juste en bas. Si je retourne là bas cet appartement me conviendrais il est très abordable compte tenu que le logement me servais plus de lieu où dormir que une habitation.

I had a nice time here.
Very much as described on the website.All the equipment you might need. Good shower. Good to be met at Gare Routiere.Easy access to bus and rail.Intermarche handy. Sensibly priced for a budget holiday on the border of Roquebrune and Menton. Outside traffic could be a bit annoying at rush hour but easy to work round that. I would go back here.

Petit studio mais bien équipé, très bien situé à 10 mn à pied de la plage, magasin au pied de l'immeuble, proche de la gare, l'accueil de Christian a été parfait, il a su nous faire découvrir la région, seul petit bémol pas de clim comme précisé dans l'annonce

Sehr gut, trotz der sehr heißen Temperaturen gut am Strand auszuhalten. Kleine Anmerkung: Ventilator statt Klimaanlage! Very good and was easy to endure on the beach, despite the very hot temperatures. Small note: fan instead of air conditioning

Excellent accueil !
Excellent accueil de la part du propriétaire, appartement très bien exposé. Le seul bémol que je peux trouver c'est le manque d'accompagnement de la part d'abritel quand j'ai voulu prolonger, accueil téléphonique inefficace et application pas très clair, merci beaucoup pour ce séjour dans cette région si agréable en toute saison.

Appartamento carino ma troppo confusionario e purtroppo molto sporco
L'appartamento era carino, purtroppo però vi era un esubero di oggetti e cose che rendevano difficoltoso poter vivere nell'appartamento di per se già piccolo. L'host è stato molto gentile e super flessibile per il nostro check in avvenuto di notte, ma purtroppo l'appartamento si presentava molto sporco, con il piatto doccia ostruito dove non fluiva l'acqua, una costante puzza di scarico che proveniva dalla cucina. Purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso. Se l'appartamento avesse meno roba inutile, fosse pulito per bene, non avesse i problemi citati di odore e di scarico della doccia, sarebbe un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Immeuble propre et bien situé
L'appt est bien idéal pour 2 personnes. Tout est bien équipés. Un bémol, trop de linge de lit dans le placard. Manque de place pour ranger les affaires de vacanciers. Améliorer : porte serviette, un placard dans l'angle à l'entrée de la SdB. La télé peut être fixer au dessus du radiateur, et déplacer le radiateur vers la table en verre (dans l'angle). Voir les robinetteries de la SdB pour éviter la variation de la température d'eau. Autrement, c'est très bien pour passer la semaine. Merci à Christian et aussi le propriétaire. A renouveler.

état du linges de maison.
Intérieur du studio correct dans son ensemble,. Par contre de la négligence au sujet du linge de lit qui est défraichi, tâché et rangé en vrac, (draps ,taies d'oreiller, couverture, couette) innaceptable pour une location où il passe du monde. Dans l'annonce il est formulé environnement calme, sauf beaucoup de circulation en tout genre + à partir de 6h du matin des livraisons pour la grande surface (quand même pratique) juste en bas et ce jusqu à 19 h . Le stationnement payant partout sauf 6 places toujours prisent (évidement). Si non région splendide rien à redire. Donc en conclusion si pas trop exigent ça peut convenir PS: Faire savoir au propriétaire que même s'il est loin il doit y avoir un suivi de l'entretien pour l'état général de son bien (et celui de ses hôtes)

Appartement agréable , pour nous ce n était qu un pieds à terre pour découvrir la région et les festivités L appartement au pieds du supermarché est un plus mais un manque de stationnement gratuit hors du parking supermarché est gênant A proximité de la ville 15/20 minutes à pieds pour menton et 5 minutes de Roquebrune-Cap-Martin donc situation idéale Seul regret le manque de propreté
