"Care has been taken to furnish the property with authentic vintage french style. It is spacious and cool inside with an enchanting sun patio on the top floor accessed by french windows from the upper bedroom."

"Cannot fault the property, it has everything for a very enjoyable stay. The pool area is lovely with the added benefit of a separate covered seating area which is always in the shade for those really hot days. We also liked that the pool is one depth throughout. The Auberge opposite serves good food and is not expensive and the village store two minutes walk away has everything you might need. "Séjour d’une semaine à Formiguères qui s’est très bien et très vite passé! La maison est très agréable à vivre, un séjour assez spacieux ça fait plaisir! Les chambres sont munies de rangements suffisamment grands pour ranger les affaires surtout les vêtements de ski !La famille qui nous a accueilli a été très sympa et réactive, on a pu visiter également leur bergerie, les enfants ont adoré! "18 of us, using 11, all en-suite rooms. Accommodation worked well with 2 sitting rooms. We used one for people who wanted to be quiet, the other, attached to the dining room for evening games. The host set the dining room up for us so we could all eat at one long table. Large, well equipped kitchen made self catering easy. Nearby good resturants and bars."

"Mooie gite met uitzicht op de bergen. Midden in de natuur en toch vlakbij Quillan. Fijne plungepool en buitendouche op relaxt terras met optimale privacy (nergens inkijk). Heel compleet qua inrichting.Eenvoudige maar goede maaltijdservice en we konden zelfs een lekker menu eten in hun salon. We vinden het een aanrader want Sicco en Marina zijn een goede gastheer-/vrouw en hadden leuke tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt. We gaan zeker terug."

"House was excellent, very comfortable, everything you could possibly need was supplied. Only down side was no air con in the bedroom but we managed with fans. Jordi was an excellent host. Would definitely stay again."

Chateau in magnificent park with swimming pool

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed in the chateau with six adults and 22 teenage girls, luckily the chateau is big enough that we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Camille (the property manager) enabled us to tour the chateau prior to our stay and answered any queries we had.Honestly you couldn’t ask for a nicer place to stay. "
