"A lovely little stay in the Cambridgeshire countryside. It's pretty basic but once you've got the heater going, it's lovely. A beautiful lake to look out onto with parking next to you, it's pretty decent. "

"No 11 is delightful. It is well furnished and extremely comfortable. Andy is a terrific host and very good at communicating. Having the village shop just round the corner is useful and the cottage is conveniently located to explore the area. If you are tall though, you need to remember to duck, as it’s an old cottage (albeit really well renovated) but the doorways and beams are low. "

"we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."

"Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal."

"Really sweet cottage in a quiet semi rural location. Amazing gardens and island to walk in and set in a delightful town. The hosts were helpful even though the broadband system was down for a few days. The town itself has every facility especially the pubs with great food. The cottage is quirky and delightful. Just about enough kitchen space, excellent shower room and really comfortable bedPS the dog loved it as well!!"

"Our warm and gracious hosts welcomed us to their beautiful boutique farm. With easy access to Cambridge, the farm is located in the quaint village of Bourn. Our superb and private lodging was surrounded by the perfect English garden and pond. We hope to return soon!"

"We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 and our plans. The reason for 4, rather than 5, stars was due to a couple of things. At night, there was no blind for the front door so no way for privacy - neighbours could look straight in. We cooked each night but there were no oven gloves (we would have been happy to bring some if we only knew). Your water gets amazingly hot and we felt some kind of warning is needed, especially when small children are staying. These things are...

"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Went to a gig at the National Bowl so this was a great location within half an hour's walk of the bowl. I can be fussy with mattress comfort as I like a soft bed, and even though this was on the firm side of my preference, I did find the bed really comfy. The hotel text to ask how our room was (a really nice touch) and I asked for an extra couple.of pillows. These were delivered within ten minutes so great service. Complimentary bottles of water and tea and coffee all included with a fridge. We had a view over the pitch... Neither of us are.football fans, but it was a nice novelty! Breakfast was good with a great selection of fruits and ham and cheeses with pastries and cereal as well as cooked breakfast all help yourself. They had scrambled, fried and poached eggs all on the buffet which was a nice touch. The mushrooms could have had a bit more love as they seemed to just be boiled, but everything else was good. There are a good selection of restaurants next door to the arena,.most with outdoor seating next to the cinema so plenty of choice for evening meals. There are also a few shops next door, as well as Asda, Ikea, and fast food options of Maccies, KFC and Burger King. Easy to get to, great location, comfy spacious rooms and a good breakfast. Not the cheapest hotel around, but I would stay again. "
