"Overall this was a good stay. The riverfront, Cockburn’s & a fantastic Fado restaurant is within easy walking distance Our choice of room was double-booked & we were given the larger house. The ac had been turned off because the nights were cool. The problem was the day was very warm & the house was stuffy and we were told that we couldn’t leave the door open. The owner turned the ac on later in the night & it was very pleasant afterward."

"We were 9 family members, parents and children. The place is amazing, clean and air-conditioned rooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed, great pool, private access to the beach, so we used the owner's kayak and SUP. Highly recommended!!!"
