Makan Hill Resort Hotel
5/5 Excellent
"Great place to stay! Nice rooms, great service, and good food. There’s a road behind the hotel that’s nice to walk on as well. I would definitely stay here again. "

Masheda Palms Resort
4/5 Good
"There are apparently 'executive suites' which my wife viewed and thought were beautiful. There are also those that are less expensive and not executive. We stayed for four nights in the less expensive one. At first there were a few things that we had hoped to see but were not in the room however the management and staff (Henry in particular) did everything possible to make our stay better and provide the room with some things that were lacking. Overall, I would recommend this place for a retreat or something where you just want to unplug and enjoy the grounds. The restaurant was not busy during out stay but the food was truly excellent and some of the best we had in Uganda. A decent size pool with surrounding amenities would top this place off and apparently there are plans to build one. I would return if I was doing work in that area again."
