Private: large, well-kept garden 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake "Aich" 10 km.
