"We loved the surroundings, the calm, the amazing view and the dedicated staff. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the amazing building where it took place. Breakfast and diners were gourmet treats. La Quinta is close to Pinhao, were we took a boat to navigate through the Douro with the most relaxing time. The Museu Coa is in the area and worth visiting. Thgere are many more places to visit nearby."

"we arrived and the hotel was closed with no response to our knocking at the entranc,totally deserted!! A neighbor told us it has been closed down . We had to drive a while in the dark to find a hotel for the night in another town. Very frustrating !!"
