"I had a private room.. The place is old the room and for sure things have not been washed for a while!! And not as beautiful on the pictures. The bathroom is made like if you take a shower everywhere in the shower is wet.. At least The food is good and the staff will help you if you have questions "

"I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, however ,only on the day we were to arrive, owner asked to pay for the extra bed Rs.2000 , this was not mentioned upfront . Had this been informed prior to booking , i could have looked at other...

"What a great property, near the ghats and Kashi Viswanath Temple, room views of the Ganges. The staff was fantastic, great food from the kitchen. Very walkable in the heart of Varanasi. The hotel hosts were amazing, arranged a private guide and a day package to visit different temples and sites around the city, made my stay even more amazing... Highly recommend this hotel in Varanasi!!! "
