"Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. "We weren’t told how bad the road to enter was. Dirt, broken cobblestones, large mud puddles and deep ruts. Most places room for only one car. Took 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Wi-Fi is always going out so if someone wants to work, good luck. We were told someone would meet us at the gate. When we finally got to the gate it was deserted. Could not get a call to go through.
