Sea La Vie Sandestin Beachfront Condo with Golf Cart and Pool Westwinds

"Sea La Vie" is the ultimate Gulf front condo in Sandestin Resort's premium Westwinds project. Includes a 6-seat golf cart and amazing lagoon pool!

The Beachfront living area has wrap around windows overlooking the Gulf and is furnished with a new sectional sofa, swivel chair and ottoman, and a large Smart TV. The dining table seats 4 with two additional seats at the kitchen island. There is supplementary outdoor balcony dining accommodations as well.

The ocean front master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second master with ocean views, has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room, also with beach views, has a custom built twin over full bunk bed with a full size trundle bed (the bunkroom sleeps 5) with a large TV for movies and games. There are TVs in every room.

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram, no need for a car. The south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay. The resort offers amenities for every type of person including championship golf courses, clay and hard tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. There is also a large marina on the Bay where you can rent a boat, kayak or paddleboard. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, world class restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options!

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

A Perfect Stay during our Vacay!

We had an amazing time at this spacious and beautifully decorated condo! Everything was spotless, the furniture was comfortable, and the beds made for a great night's sleep. One of the highlights was the 6-seater golf cart, which made exploring the area super fun and easy. The amenities were top-notch, with an awesome pool, relaxing hot tub, and convenient, easy access to the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any needs. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to return next year! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and Convenient!

This was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Destin. The condo is located in a perfect area and the only pool around with a restaurant and bar. The golf cart rides were really the cherry on top. Being able to take the family to dinner and to shops without having to get in the car was more than convenient. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Loved our stay

We loved our stay! Our favorite part was all of the activities for the kids and easy access to the beach. The beds were also very comfortable. The codes given to us for the parking deck and hotel/beach entry were incorrect so that took a little while to figure out. We besides that we had a wonderful stay! We will be back!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND LOCATION

My wife and I took our 3 and 1 year olds here for a early spring getaway. The condo is well decorated, has a great layout and comes with everything that you would need for the kitchen. The view from the 17th floor is amazing, and our kids loved driving to the Wharf in the golf cart. We highly recommend the Westwinds at Sundestin and would rent this condo again for sure.

Fantastic beachfront spot with amazing views

Condo was adorable, clean and had amazing views. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials for cooking and staying in for meals. It would've been nice to have beach towels, a cooler and 4 beach chairs as well as a place to leave luggage on travel days when waiting for access to unit. We enjoyed our stay and would defin3intely consider coming back again.

We loved the room and space. View was great from the 17th floor. Kitchen had plenty of cooking items and the large pantry was great for snacks/chips/drinks etc. Had a few dislikes but could be simple fixes. Ice maker never worked the whole trip. Master bath needs walk in shower and taller toilet. Golf cart ran great but needs repaint it looked nothing like picture posted. Overall nice place to stay with plenty of space.

Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View

This condo was the perfect place for us to spend a month in! The decor is very up to date, nicely furnished with very good mattresses. It was very clean upon our arrival and the management team was a dream to work with, especially Latoya. The unit comes with a 6-seat golf cart which we didn’t use (too cold and windy) but it look like a nice ride. The whole Westwinds facility is very well done, with a large heated pool (wonderful in January!), a fenced-in kiddie pool area, plenty of chairs and a good boardwalk onto the beach. We are already planning another trip for next year, hoping to be back in Westwinds working through Beyond Blue Vacations!

This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The view from the 17th floor is spectacular! The condo has everything you need for a great stay, down to the books and games for those inclement days. The property manager is very responsive to any issues you have. They even checked to see if everything was okay after a stormy night with two tornado warnings. Letoya from Beyond Blue was especially helpful. The golf cart is such a plus for exploring all that Sandestin has to offer. Westwinds is squeaky clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We hope to snowbird here again in the future.

The unit was clean and bright. We spent a lot of time by the pool, on the beach, or just chilling in the unit. We did not cook at all so I cannot comment on the kitchen. The use of the golf cart was fantastic. I'm not sure I would rent in this area without one. We are starting to talk about where we will go next year, and this will be on the top of the list.

The code for the garage and for our condo did not work. Our main concerns were that we felt like the place needed a good cleaning. The back bedroom had a stain on the sheets, shower liner was not hung correctly, the liner looked dirty, the shower rod is very rusted, there were smears on the back of the bedroom door. There was sand in the carpet by the kids bed. All the registers looked very dusty. Last year we feel in love with this place and really hated to see these things. Wondered if may you had changed your cleaning company.

June 2020 Stay

This was the worst vacation ever! First off I was double charged $1868.00 and you guys have yet to pay me my money as stated, so I think this was fraud so I’m filing a police report today! Second the room was not cleaned when I tried to check in at 4pm I had to call and let you guys know it wasn’t...leaving me and my lil baby out in the sun for 2 hours. Third when I can I. The room it still wasn’t clean the cleaners did not change the sheets they all had sand on them and we had to take the sheets off and wash them ourselves!! I made numerous of calls requesting to be compensated no one ever called back! This was the type of service you gave me and I paid $1000.00 a night for this bullshit! I will see to it you all get this bad review on all platforms for weeks!
