Majestic Sun 313B is equipped with everything you will need to make the most of your vacation, including full-sized appliances, flat-screen TVs, and a washer and dryer in the condo. Majestic Sun 313B is conveniently located near all the very best Destin has to offer in shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Not to mention the family-friendly resort amenities you have access to, like the seasonally heated multi-level indoor/outdoor pool, two hot tubs, garage parking, and more. The one-of-a-kind experience of Majestic Sun 313B will keep you returning year after year! Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

It was more than we could imagine! This was the perfect view, perfect distance from the beach and amenities, perfect in everything! The pools were awesome. Except for going to the beach, we didn't want to leave the condo. We want the same unit next year!

The property was very clean which is the number one thing that sets the tone for my stay! The beds were very comfortable. The location was just like the picture minus the sounds of the beautiful water. We spent many evenings chatting and dining on the balcony. There was lobby access to a really neat gift shop and ice cream parlor that both stayed open until 10 pm. This was a welcomed surprise. We would definitely stay here again!

We didn’t actually get to stay here cause the air conditioning was broken and this was reported to us around the time of check in. Ruined our whole trip. Was on the phone all evening about the broken air conditioning. Was extremely hot in the unit and could not function so we had to leave as soon as we got there. The resort was presser washing the side of the building as we were bringing our stuff in and out of the property soaking our belongings. The resort itself seemed really nice however we didn’t get to stay here. The view was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay & the condo. Condo was nicely stocked for our 4 day stay. Communication with property manager was great. Walkable to many bars, restaurants, shops, etc. Views are beautiful & steps to the beach. Condo provides chairs & beach wagon or there are chairs & umbrellas to rent for a very reasonable price already set up. We had a great stay & would definitely stay again!

The condo itself was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The views were breathtaking....no matter what the weather. We have lived around the world and been to beaches around the world and we agreed that the beaches at Miramar beach are second to none. Plenty to do in the area and the facilities in our building were fabulous to include the pools, gym and shops on the ground floor. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The walk to the beach was close and convenient. The only thing that was a challenge was first arrival and knowing how to get into the property. You just pull up and give the room number to get a temporary parking pass. We will visit this property again.

Perfect stay 313B
One of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed at in Miramar/Destin. Had all the essentials needed. Perfect location and could see the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. We were there during “off season” and it was definitely not busy and congested that we have been used to in previous years. Will stay at 313B again!

Beautiful Condo with a great beach view
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very nice and has many amenities on the property which make it even easier when you are there. I love that there is literally an ice cream shop & beach store on the property. The condo was exactly as the pictures show and clean. The only problem I had was the parking. The garage is at the A building and this condo is in the B building so it is a little bit of a walk. Not hard, but sometimes inconvenient when we wanted to get going quickly. Other than that we really enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
