"The Best Inn in Salina is what a motel should be: Convenient, clean, accessible, professionally operated, quiet and pleasant with a good cup of free coffee in the morning for a fair and affordable price. The owners of this little road motel clearly are present, care for the building and keep both the rooms and exterior freshly painted and tidy. The parking lot is freshly laid cement, not ancient asphalt full of weeds. We stayed three nights for an art festival where we were vendors working 12 hour days in 95 degree weather. The Best Inn was a pleasant place to crash, literally recharge our batteries, get a hot shower, use Wi-Fi that actually has plenty of bandwidth, and get a good night's rest. They even let us park our cargo trailer without question for the three-night stay at no extra charge. This is the kind of service the hospitality industry used to provide at road motels along Route 66 back in the good old days. If you're looking for the good old days in your motel experience, with a flatscreen and Wi-Fi to boot, we can't recommend Best Inn Salina enough."
