This cozy 31m² apartment is located on the 1st floor of a secure residence with private parking.
It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed, a sleeping area with two 90x190cm single bunk beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

The highlight of this apartment is its balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean, ideal for enjoying a delicious meal with family or friends!

You'll appreciate its location: close to the beach, shops, restaurants... with its private and secure parking, you can safely leave your vehicle and enjoy the sea air while getting around on foot!
