Shepard Avenue is loaded with history with each house having a unique story. Our home is called the Herman Zillgett Duplex. Built in 1926, it is a 3 story townhouse with original hardwood floors and built-in china cabinets. The home has been updated to display it’s charm yet remain comfortable. There are 5 bedrooms with 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The house is heated with radiant heat and there is an additional space heater on the 3rd floor for extra comfort, along with plenty of throw blankets throughout the house. During the summer, window air-conditioning units are in place on the 2nd and 3rd floors. These keep the entire house quite cool.

The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, basic spices, coffee pot and grinder with coffee, and filtered water.
Entrance to the home is private. A key will be located in a lock box for easier check in.

Off street parking available. Baby friendly with Pack-and-play. Laundry available in your own private basement with detergent.
