The apartment is located on Via Giovanni da Procida, near Corso Sempione and the Domodossola metro station. Its central and well-connected location is ideal for any kind of stay, whether it’s for pleasure or for business. It also has a strategic location that allows you to easily and quickly reach the main places of interest.
In particular, the apartment is easily accessible on foot or by public transportation to:

This 135 sq. mt. apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator and concierge in a well-serviced area. It is very quiet and bright (the bedrooms all face the internal side of the building). The apartment has air-conditioning, double glazed windows in all of the rooms, and a lighting system with spotlights. The furnishing are of high quality design and among the designers, you will find: B & B Italia, Kartell, Calligaris, Lago, Varier, and Valcucine.
The apartment opens onto an entrance that gives access to a large living area which includes a luxurious signature kitchen by Valcucine. With its wood, it is able to reverse the aseptic tendency of the dominant interior design, resulting in a warm, natural environment. There are 5 meters of natural granite used as a countertop and aluminum and glass cabinets, plus 3 glass columns. The kitchen is also equipped with a combined cooktop (both gas and induction). The living room is furnished with a glass and steel table for 8, a sofa, a bookcase (Flat.C by Antonio Citterio), and a TV area. From the living area you can access the balcony that faces Via Procida.
The sleeping area includes a first bedroom furnished with a double bed and a 3-door sliding wardrobe, a study corner decorated in wood and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two stackable wood beds by German designer Rolf Heide and a three-door wardrobe. Finally the third double bedroom, has a chest of drawers, a wardrobe with a second chest of drawers, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment also includes a third bathroom with large walk-in shower and a laundry area in the antechamber.
