The apartment was magnificent in terms of size. However, the maintenance and cleanness were terrible. The couch pillows were disgustingly dirty, the closet was a linen disaster, the Internet did not work, some blinds were broken, two chairs of one of the tables were broken and unusable, the sin in one of the washrooms was clogged. I have pictures of all these. The service, apartment size and location are very good. However, the apartments needs to be fixed and maintained properly to be rented. I know the price was very goo. However for example, I could have stayed at two rooms at Bianca Maria Palace for another 100 Euros and it would be been worth the extra pay. I did not stay in Bianca Maria because I missed my cancelation deadline with Italianway.
